BEIT Solutions LLC operates Zestnutra. Email beitsolutionsllc@gmail.com for app help, privacy requests, account deletion problems, moderation concerns or accessibility feedback. Include your app version, iOS version and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment card information or medical records.

Sign-in help

Choose Continue with Apple or Continue with Google in Account settings or beside Find recipe ideas. Use the same provider and account you previously used. Apple Hide My Email can create a separate identity from a Google account. Signing out keeps the private kitchen on the device. Contact support if you cannot access an account; do not share your sign-in password.

Delete your account

Open Zestnutra → Account → Delete account. Read the confirmation and confirm the same Google or Apple identity. Deletion removes the account and associated active Community and usage records and clears the private kitchen on the current device when completed. If an error occurs or sign-in stops working, email support for a deletion-status check. Provider backups/logs and copies on other devices have the retention limitations described in our privacy policy. You can also request deletion by email if you cannot use the app; we will verify your identity. Do not delete an account you still need for testing.

Report or block

In Community, open a post and use Report for unsafe food advice, harassment, spam, copyright concerns or other problems. Use Block to hide that author. Posts are reviewed before public display. Email support for urgent concerns or problems with reporting.

AI recipes and saved plans

AI requires sign-in, permission to share recipe preferences with OpenAI and an available request allowance. Enter each ingredient clearly and review results before cooking. Save recipes privately, then choose them in a meal calendar. Daily calories are estimates and may be incomplete for recipes with no calories entered. The manual calendar provides ingredient occurrences without quantity conversion. Pantry plans combine structured quantities, scale for household size and subtract compatible pantry amounts; check the resulting list, labels and serving sizes before shopping.

Subscriptions and refunds

TestFlight purchases use Apple’s sandbox; production purchases use the App Store. When offered, manage subscriptions and cancellations through your Apple account and use Restore purchases in Zestnutra. Deleting Zestnutra or its account does not cancel an Apple subscription. For an Apple billing/refund request, use reportaproblem.apple.com. Contact us if paid access cannot be restored; do not purchase again until the issue is checked.

Zestnutra website

The website stores private recipes, recipe photos, pantry inventory, meal calendars and grocery checklists in browser storage, separated by your signed-in account or guest kitchen. These records do not automatically sync with the iPhone app, other browsers or devices. Clearing browser data removes these records; use Export kitchen to keep a backup. People using an unlocked browser or device may access local records. Account deletion clears the current browser account’s kitchen after the server confirms erasure; other browsers, devices and exported backups must be cleared separately. The website uses Firebase session storage for authentication and the same authenticated HostGator API, quotas, AI consent and Community moderation as the app. Exported kitchen backups may contain personal recipe content and photos; store them privately. Website purchases are not offered; eligible existing Plus access is checked on the server. Contact beitsolutionsllc@gmail.com for help.
